Exterior Design: Soul Dynamic Aesthetics 2.0, “Light and Shadow Sculpture” in the Electric Age
The EZ6 continues Mazda’s iconic “soul dynamic” design language, with a closed front face paired with flying wing LED light groups, and biomimetic textures integrated into the lamp cavity (inspired by Japanese origami), with a drag coefficient as low as 0.23Cd. The side body adopts Fastback sloping design+hidden door handle, C-pillar “soul curve” and 19 inch multi spoke wheels to enhance the sense of sportiness, and the tail penetrating light group and illuminated logo enhance recognition. The size is benchmarked against Tesla Model 3 (length 4750mm, wheelbase 2870mm), offering classic colors such as platinum steel gray and crystal diamond blue, balancing elegance and electric technology.

Interior: Subtractive Aesthetics+Driver Orientation, Japanese Craftsmanship of “Electric Evolution”
Space performance: The rear legroom is 850mm, and the head is slightly cramped due to the sloping design. The trunk capacity is 450L (supporting 4/6 folding of the rear seats), meeting daily household needs.
Cabin layout: Embracing cockpit, standard 8.6-inch LCD instrument panel+12.3-inch floating central control screen, retaining physical knobs to control air conditioning/volume, equipped with Mazda Connect 3.0 system (supports wireless CarPlay/Android Auto).
Material and craftsmanship: A large amount of soft leather and matte metal trim are used, and the seats are made of Nappa leather (with 8-way electric adjustment and lumbar support). HUD head up display and BOSE sound system (optional) enhance the sense of luxury.

Hardware configuration and performance: e-SKYACTIV electric drive platform, balancing range and driving control
Intelligent driving: i-ACTIVSENSE 3.0 system (full speed ACC+lane centering+automatic parking), no LiDAR, city NOA requires subsequent OTA.
Power system: single motor rear drive (high-end dual motor four-wheel drive), maximum power of 180kW (rear drive)/250kW (four-wheel drive), 0-100km/h acceleration in 6.2 seconds (rear drive)/4.9 seconds (four-wheel drive), WLTP range of 520km (72kWh ternary lithium battery).
Charging efficiency: Supports 150kW fast charging (30% -80% takes 25 minutes), 11kW household slow charging (0-100% takes about 6.5 hours), and comes standard with V2L external discharge function (3.3kW).
Chassis tuning: front double wishbone+rear multi link suspension, upgraded version of GVC Plus acceleration vector control system, retaining Mazda’s “man horse” handling gene, leading in steering accuracy and cornering stability at the same level.

Target audience and scenario: “Electric enthusiasts” who pursue driving pleasure
Core audience: Who focus on design and handling quality, loyal Mazda brand users or Japanese car enthusiasts, and have a rational demand for intelligence.
Urban commuting: 520km range covers one week of travel, fast charging and energy replenishment are convenient;
Mountain road driving: precise steering and chassis tuning to adapt to multi cornered roads, driving pleasure is no less than that of fuel vehicles;
Short distance outing: External discharge supports camping electricity, and the trunk can accommodate folding tables, chairs/tents and other equipment.
Comparison of Competitors and Purchase Suggestions
Shortcoming: The rear space is cramped, the openness of the car’s infotainment system is average, and the brand’s awareness of electrification needs to be improved.
Compared to Tesla Model 3: EZ6, the interior texture is better and the handling is more delicate, but the intelligent driving and charging network coverage is slightly weaker;
Compared to BYD Sea Lion: EZ6 has a more personalized design and purer driving control, but its range and cost-effectiveness are not as good;
