Tianchuang Robotics has released the world’s first explosion-proof humanoid robot – Tiankui 1, achieving a breakthrough in the industry and sounding the alarm for unmanned special operation scenarios with large loads available in the face industry and energy field.
The Tiankui series explosion-proof humanoid robot is the world’s first industrial hazardous environment operable robot to obtain IIC T6 explosion-proof certification. Based on modular designs such as humanoid arms and large load mobile platforms, we provide contact based multi class operation solutions for complex industrial hazardous scenarios.
The Tiankui series robot products continue to use humanoid biomimetic logic, adopt dual arm operation, and strengthen the end load. In terms of strength, the 1250mm large arm extension arm adopts high stiffness integrated joints, which can easily carry 25kg of heavy objects and meet the high torque and high load operation requirements of industrial scenes. The structure of the robot’s waist adopts a folding and lifting structure, which allows the arm to be vertically extended up to a maximum end height of 3m, greatly improving the ability of frequent high-level operations in industrial sites.
