Retro and cute, a fashionable item for city travel
Wuling Binguo takes “retro rounded aesthetics” as its core design language. The body adopts an elliptical capsule shape, and the closed front face is matched with “X” shaped LED daytime running lights and circular headlights. The lamp cavity is embedded with chrome plated decorative rings, giving it a cute and silly feeling. The side profile is short and compact (3950mm in length, 2560mm in wheelbase), with a suspended roof, dual tone body design, and petal shaped wheels (15 inches) to enhance its youthful attributes. The hidden door handles reduce the drag coefficient to 0.29Cd. The tail is rounded and full, with oval shaped taillights and high mounted brake lights forming a “smiling face” effect, providing macaron colors such as milk coffee white, ice berry powder, and dazzling night black, accurately targeting the aesthetic preferences of female users and young people.
Exquisite Space under Pragmatism
Space Magic: Four seat layout, 730mm legroom in the rear (leading in the same class), door storage compartment+center console hollow design, trunk capacity of 790L (sunken design+rear seats folded down), no pressure when buying groceries or picking up children.
Cabin layout: Dual color interior with oval elements, standard with dual 10.25-inch dual screens (high-end), equipped with Ling OS Lingxi system (supporting voice interaction/mobile remote control), simple interface but practical functions.
Material and craftsmanship: The center console is mainly made of hard plastic, and the seats are made of faux leather material (high-end models mix leather and fabric). The steering wheel and door panels are embellished with chrome trim, and the retro knob style shift and circular air conditioning vents enhance the design sense.
Motor: Front mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (30kW/110N · m), maximum speed of 100km/h, zero to hundred acceleration not announced (measured in about 14 seconds);
Battery: Lithium iron phosphate battery (17.3kWh/31.9kWh), CLTC range of 203km/333km, only supports slow charging (20% -80% requires 5.5 hours/9.5 hours);
Energy consumption management: Approximately 9.5 kWh per 100 kilometers (203km version), with a cost of less than 5 cents per kilometer;
Chassis tuning: front MacPherson strut and rear torsion beam suspension, with strong shock absorption and agile steering, suitable for urban paved roads;
Safety configuration: ABS+EBD and tire pressure monitoring are standard, and high-end models add driver airbag and reversing camera, without ESP body stability system.
The ‘cost-effective king’ of microcars
Compared to the Wuling Hongguang MINIEV, the Binguo has larger space (160mm more wheelbase) and longer range (333km vs 300km), but slightly higher price;
Compared to Changan Lumin, Binguo has a more refined design and better storage space (790L vs 580L), while the top of the line Lumin has a lower price;
Compared to BYD Seagull: The Binguo Moe series design is eye-catching and the rear seats are more spacious, but the Seagull has a longer range (405km) and supports fast charging;
